Indian Premier League is one of the most followed cricket leagues in World Cricket. Right from its inception in 2008 to its ongoing 16th edition, IPL has managed to get viewers hook to their TV sets, thanks to its dramatic run chases. The major highlight of IPL is batters over-the-top performance with the willow which helps their side to register glorious wins. Though T20 cricket is known as batters game it’s difficult for batters to score runs at a brisk rate. The same is the case in Indian Premier League where batters try to prove their prowess by achieving major feats in fewer balls. One such feat which batters try to accomplish is registering the fastest 100 in IPL. The challenge is not scoring a ton but scoring it in less number of balls. Most of the batters have managed to achieve this remarkable feat.
