The legendary batsman Tendulkar is very much active on social media & he keeps on sharing posts on his social media handles to keep his fans entertained.
In his latest Instagram post Tendulkar shared a picture of himself in which he is seen enjoying the rain to the fullest. Tendulkar captioned his Instagram post as, “#Throwback to a time when all one had to only worry about was rain”. The epic batsman is spending some good time with his family at home as the fight against coronavirus still continues in India.
On Thursday Tendulkar also congratulated the Indian Air Force after 5 Rafale fighter jets landed in Ambala. The batting great also holds an honorary rank of group captain in the IAF.
Sachin is known for his historic scores & unbeaten records in the history of cricket. He has made Debut for team India in 1989 in a Test Match against Pakistan in Karachi. During his career, Sachin Tendulkar has played about 200 Test Matches & is the only batsman who has achieved this feat. He scored whopping 15,921 runs in test Cricket with an average of 53.78. Not only this but Tendulkar has scored 51 centuries & 68 half-centuries in his 24 years long cricketing career.
In ODIs also Tendulkar is featured in 463 matches & scored 18,426 runs with 49 centuries & 96 half centuries registered on his name. He is the only batsman to score double century in 50 over format. However it’s very shocking to know that Tendulkar has just played One T20I game against South Africa in 2006 at Johannesburg in his entire cricketing career.
