


The Coronavirus led lockdown has brought out the creative side of athletes and now Shikhar Dhawan has released his special ‘Quarantine Look’.
Shikhar Dhawan is very well utilizing his time amid the nationwide lockdown with wife Ayesha & son Zoravar. Dhawan has tried a special look for Quarantine days and his fans are truly loving it. Calling it a unique “Quarantine Look”, the left-handed Indian Opener batsman posted a picture tying a muffler around his head like a turban. This poured in many heartwarming replies from the fans, veteran India Spinner Harbhajan Singh stood out in the crowd with his comments on Shikhar Dhawan’s Instagram Post.
Harbhajan Singh hilariously gave Shikhar Dhawan a nickname “Bablu” while in another post three OK hand sign emojis. Like most of the sportspersons, Shikhar Dhawan is utilizing his time well in the lockdown with wife Ayesha and son Zoravar.
Last week, Shikhar Dhawan shared a video on Social Media of him working out with his family, asking people not to engage in “domestic violence” while at home during the lockdown.
“While I enjoy my time by staying at home with my loving family I am truly disheartened and sad to hear about domestic violence rising all around the world and we truly need to put an end to it. Choose a kind, loving and understanding partnership & say no to domestic violence”, Shikhar Dhawan captioned the video on Twitter.
In a 47 second video, the Indian Opener batsman is seen practicing punches & also helping his wife & son to practice punching. Most of the fans praised Shikhar Dhawan for sharing such an inspiring message while many people criticized the “brutal crime” of domestic violence.
The country is in a stringent lockdown to combat the spread of COVID-19, which has brought the sporting world to a pause. The IPL league has been postponed indefinitely while India’s home series against South Africa was called off due to the spread of Coronavirus pandemic.
