ICC’s official Instagram account shared a throwback picture of former Australian star cricketers Brett Lee and Andrew Symonds on the hair appreciation day. ICC gave a hilarious caption to the post. The caption read as “#HairstyleAppreciationDay who is styling your hair during isolation”. Brett Lee and Andrew Symonds are one of the best players in Australia who played tirelessly played cricket for their country. Andrew Symonds has been famous for keeping different hairstyles throughout his career.
Andrew Symonds made his debut for the Australian team in 1998 in an ODI against Pakistan. During his career, Symonds went onto play 198 ODI games. The all-rounder cricketer has made a strong impression with his bat and ball in white ball-cricket. Symonds scored 5,088 runs with an average of 39.44 and grabbed 133 wickets with an economy rate of 5.01. He also played 26 test matches and 14 T20 Internationals for Australia.
Whereas, Brett Lee was considered the toughest and dangerous bowlers to tackle in the history of cricket. Brett lee started his career in 1999 against India in a test match at Melbourne. The fast bowler played 76 matches for Australia and scalped 310 wickets with an economy rate of 3.46. In One-day international matches, Brett Lee was featured in 221 matches in Australia squad and took 380 wickets with an economy rate of 4.76. Brett Lee also played 25 T20Is for Australia and managed to take 28 wickets as well. Brett Lee played his last International game for the country in the year 2012.
