


Ben Stokes & Crawley’s outstanding partnership help England past 100. The duo has taken the control of the match as they registered the biggest partnership in test cricket. Zak Crawley & Ben Stokes dominated the final session on Day 4th taking England’s score at a three-digit mark. Crawley completed his half-century with a reverse sweep shot on the outstanding bowling of Roston Chase. Stokes took a lead & played some lovely shots. Zak Crawley with a lot of hard work and in the company of Ben Stokes will be looking to take England forward in the final session on Day 4.
At the tea break, Roston through his breakthrough bowling removes Denly at just 29 runs. Crawley came on board and scored 38 runs not out with England reaching 168/3 at tea on Day 4.
England Openers Rory Burns & Dom Sibley dominated the morning session as they kept the Windies bowlers at bay for the majority of the first session on day 4 in Southampton on Saturday. The duo batted cautiously without taking any risks & added 72 runs for the opening wicket. The outstanding opening bowling attack helped the hosts to reduce the West Indies lead to just 35 runs at lunch on Saturday. The only loss for the hosts came when Burns, at last, lost his patience & threw his wicket just a few overs before the lunch & handed West Indies with their first breakthrough wicket. He was just eight runs away from his half-century. West Indies off-spinner Roston Chase tasted the only success with his team struggling for the majority of the session. Roston picked 2 wickets while Shannon Gabriel removed the Sibley soon after he completed his fifty.
