


Wet weather has washed out Day 3 of the second Test match between England & Pakistan in Southampton.
After constant rains the pitch got extremely wet as a result after a couple of inspections by the umpires the match was called off for Day 3. When game resumes on Day 4, England’s squad will try to achieve their aim of wrapping up Pakistan’s batting as early as possible & will aim to bat well in the innings so that they can take the lead of the first innings. Earlier Pakistan’s Batsman Mohammad Rizwan has scored a gritty half century on Day 2 & took Pakistan’s scores over 200. He was unbeaten on 60 runs along with Pakistan’s young sensation Naseem Shah & Pakistan reached 223 runs for 9 wickets when bad lights forced the umpires to stop the game early on Day 2.
